PCCET WORKSHOP ON SETTING UP AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE ONE-STOP BUILDING PERMIT OFFICE (SIGUPC)

From 31 May to 2 June 2023, a workshop initiated by the PCCET and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning was held in Grand-Bassam, with a view to discussing the implementation of the integrated management system for the one-stop building permit office (SIGUPC) and the devolution of the GUPC-PCCC (Platform for Collaborative Construction Control). The workshop provided an opportunity to assess and put forward possible solutions to the problems associated with setting up the decentralised SIGUPC and the construction control entity in different regions of the country.
