TECHNICAL WORKSHOP TO VALIDATE OPERATIONAL ACTIONS TO IMPLEMENT IDUFCI - GOLDEN PALACE HÔTEL GRAND BASSAM

In order to put an end to the multiplicity of existing land parcel designation systems and to situations that lead to confusion and delays in the processing and contradictory management of files on the same parcels of land, the State of Côte d'Ivoire has introduced a unique land identifier: IDUFCI.
To prepare for the implementation of this tool, national experts and stakeholders from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urban Planning (MCLU), with the support of the Coordination Unit of the Competitive Value Chains for Employment and Economic Transformation Project (PCCET), held a technical workshop from 04 to 06 April 2023 in Grand Bassam.

The purpose of the workshop was to validate the operational measures for implementing the Côte d'Ivoire Land Identifier (IDUFCI). To this end, the activities, which were held over two days, were divided into four commissions:
➢ Commission 1: Technological platform for managing IDUFCI / GUPC
➢ Commission 2: Application of the standard and jurisdiction
➢ Commission 3: Procedure and operating mode
➢ Committee 4: National implementation strategy
